I had brought my vehicle in a few weeks after purchasing because my vehicle wouldn't start and I had to get a jump. I was told it was my battery. Took it for service the next day and the advisor did his own inspection and said nothing was wrong and sent me on my way. A month later my check engine light came on and went off and come to find out it was my battery all along. Advisor took great care of me and had great customer service! If I can request an Advisor every time, it would be Jimmy.

Everything went well. Chris Russo, very polite, very friendly, very efficient. My only complaint is if you are offering a complimentary car wash, it should be done well. I think I make this complaint every time I come in because the car wash isn't done properly. Other than that my experience was good!
