As usual I received super attention from Dan Sachetti who took me in right on time. Easy to deal with him as I have since 2008.

Roy was very easy to work with, no pressure tactics. Between him and Chris, we were able to make a deal on the vehicle I was interested in. On pick up day, it took a little time getting the vehicle's alignment worked out and refinishing the wheels, I was there for a while. Roy went out of his way and bought me lunch, he's a good man.

Went in for routine oil change service. Dennis Angle was proactive with service and was timely with wait time. Dennis made us aware of future service needed to maintain car performance at the next service schedule.

Everything was great. Eric is an excellent Service Manager and cares about your problem. As it turned out there wasn't a problem with the Forrester and I was extremely happy with the service that I received.
