Time to purchase tires for my honda pilot. I thought 62,000 miles on original tires was very good. Replaced them with original equipment tires.

Overall great experience. Pretty straight forward sell. Enjoy my first time buying a car.

We had our CRV maintenance services on March 26, 2024. Mr. Andrew Steinbrecher was the service advisor. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He did not try to over-sell at all. No pressure. He even offered shuttle services, which I declined. The maintenace work took about 2 1/2 hrs, but I happened to see one of my neighbors and chatting with her made time pass by quickly. Also, texts showing the status of services was helpful. Overall, I am pleased with my experiences and was glad that Mr. Steinbrecher was our advisor.

Perfect. What’s better than perfecti? Dennis Angle made my day. Not only do we get perfect maintenance service for my Honda Ridgeline Black Edition, the whole establishment is very comfortable and welcoming to my service dog Fula. She’s a wonderful lady and likes the carpet in the front area.I should mention that Dennis got an email from Honda Tech Support [to help with a HondaLink problem that had been plaguing us for 4 months. Richard stepped in, researched the problem, made some calls, and got Fula and me from the lobby to work on the problem together. Fula got in the back and I got in her place in shotgun while Richard solved the problem with an Infotainment reset and USB cable connection to the CarPlay port. Problem solved. Richard, like Dennis, is a great Honda maintenance professional; and is as personable to work with as he is dedicated to providing service and support.

Dennis is second to none. I have never trusted the care of my car by someone that truly cares, is transparent, and always puts the client first. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Coggin!
