Aside from having an appointment at 10:00 am and then waiting around for 15 minutes to get the process going, it was fine. I typically buy vehicles on the internet and this was not an internet purchase, so it actually was much better than what I remember when buying a vehicle and dealing with a salesmen/sales manager. Roy (our sales associate) was knowledgeable about the features of the CRV we purchased and tried to be as helpful as possible. A couple of things, when you drop $40K plus on any purchase, things should be pretty easy for the client that is dropping the money. Waiting around to start things isn't something high on my priorities list. Now there were addon's which after the purchase, you have to sit down with another sales finance type manager and there you have more opportunities to spend even more money. Pricing for warrantee's and other items are never seen until you get into this room and you basically have moments to think about purchasing them. Why not make these things known before ? Why do you have a salesmen sell a car and then have a financial type sell you a loan, warrantee, ding maintenance, etc? If I want to purchase something, I had to do it right then and there, Some folks just don't do business that way, or I don't. All I am saying is, I needed more time to reflect upon these items, particularly because they were unknowns along with the pricing for them. Roy, J and Abraham were all professional and helpful, but a little more information about the maintenance up front, and I possibly would have been able to do some research which would have led me to purchase the maintenance care.

Literally PERFECT in every way! The entire process was phenomenal! I love my new vehicle and never once did I feel rushed or even influenced to make a decision on which vehicle would be right for me. I purchased a 2025 HRV LX. The car I traded in was a 2009 Honda Civic with 270,000 miles on It and it was honestly in terrible condition. Instead of focusing on any negatives about my previous vehicle everyone made me feel so proud that I had my car for over 15 years and have driven 250,000 miles on it. While negotiating terms, I felt respected and heard. These guys really put in work to not only find me the best APR rate, but also make sure my monthly payment was within my budget. Even after the deal was done, Johnny made sure to take time to help me set up my CarPlay as well as walk me through all of the different settings on the Vehicle. Where we customize things like door, lock settings/unlock settings. He made sure that I was comfortable in my new vehicle and even at this point I didn’t feel rushed even though it was about 9 o’clock, and the actual dealership closes at eight. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Coggin Honda of Fort Pierce. Thank you so much!
