Very easy to schedule, everyone very pleasant. My only issue is that while I went for an oil change, there were two recalls that needed to be done. One was a software update that took 2 hours! My advice is that when I schedule an oil change, have them check for any recalls and call the customer so at least we know how long it will take. I would have just dropped my car off rather than wait in the service center for 2 hours.

Todd was patient, knowledgeable, understanding. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I was looking for.
