Somehow a rat was able to crawl into my car and died inside the center console. The smell was sickening and I was unable to find it at first. I finally removed the panel on the driver's side of the console and using a mirror and flashlight, I could see a cotton ball size pile of fur. I was able to use needle nose pliers to get it out of the car. Unfortunately, the animal was half decomposed and I had no way to clean up the mess. Bob Wacker listened to my story and got the car into the service department for inspection and cleanup/repair.The service technician did a great job finding and repairing additional problems caused by the animal while working under putrid conditions. After spending a lot of time trying to use the car and find the source of the odor, I can only imagine how sickening it must have been to spend as much time as he spent working on that car.In all, he was able to get the problem resolved very well and my thanks goes to him and anyone who helped.

My service advisor did a great job

We scheduled a routine repair with Dan and the process was extremely efficient. He reviewed the work to be done and we waited while the work was performed. It was completed in less time than anticipated and we were on our way. The cost of the repair was reasonable.
