Overall, a non-event. my appointment was for a safety recall. Inspection of the area of concern determined that my car did not need any repair. I was there about 1 hour, including getting the car washed.

We were happy with our service experience. Robert was great to work with and was in communication every step of the way. Where our service visit was going to take several hours, we were offered a Lyft ride home and back to get our car, which we utilized. We really appreciated it.
