I went to the local dealer to rectify an issue with an oil change that was done incorrectly and caused the car to leak oil. The Manager was helpful , polite and assured me they were going to fix it.I was glad I did not need to have an argument about it . The service was excellent and they fixed the issue .Great job!

Service is good and professional, but the requesting an appointment over the phone is not. The people that answer the phone lack, etiquette, courtesy and manners, they are short, impatient and often are chewing food or distracted and is hard to hear them

Started out great but the visit lasted 4 1/2 hours! Too long. By the time we went through the financial stuff with the finance person, we were exhausted, and could not concentrate on the paperwork as much as we should have!!!!! Very disappointed about that!

My tech was very attentive and kept me informed My car was ready as stated by my tech. Very professional and clean waiting area.

They removed my glove compartment to install my fog light and did not put my compartment back in place properly

Everyone was super nice and I was out of there within an hour
