Roy was awesome throughout the whole process. He always answered my questions and was always pleasant to talk to. He was especially patient when my funds were delayed which postponed my delivery of the vehicle. Roy took his time with vehicle orientation and kept a cloth with him at all times to wipe down fingerprints and clean our old tag before placing it on our new Ridgeline. This is our 8th vehicle from Coggin.

Bob Wacker always greets me for my appointments and takes great care of me! Always alerts me to any special service pricing that may be applicable to my car. Bob has the great balance of offering service advice without being too forward or "pushy".
