I love that the team at Coggin not only took care of my damaged tire, in which my vehicle was towed in for, but they also took the initiative to complete one of the recalls as well & ordered the part for the other recall too. Not to mention how they also got me back to work with a Uber until my vehicle was completed, but also had the Uber pick me up after work to get me back to my vehicle. My car was in a limp mode at about 91,000 MI. This is my second Honda Pilot and I have a little over 300,000 miles of driving them. The vehicle is fantastic in terms of Form and Function. But this second one is disappointing by having this significant failure before 100,000 miles. They are covering injector replacement under a factory recall. And the repair was done in just 2 days. So I am absolutely thrilled with Coggin Honda and have been using them for over 10 years to service my Pilots. I tried a dealer closer to my house and was extremely disappointed. These people do service fantastically and as long as I own a Honda I will always come here for service. Please keep it up Coggin. I don't know how you do it but you are just way better than any other dealer. Thank you for being there for this loyal Honda Pilot owner.
