Dan provided me update on my car and completed the work in a timely fashion

Our service appt. with Dan S. was handled in a timely fashion. The work was done accordingly with the exception of the wheel nuts being put on so tight that one can't get them off if you have to. Dan did mark this on the Service Order per our instructions; however, it wasn't followed by the mechanic.

Purchased the car i wanted to buy - it fit the need: room, price, look and a V6 engine which i believe is the only one on the market compared to Ford Edge, Toyota Rav 4 or Highlander. Staff was friendly and efficient. No complaints.
