Had an appointment. .Had to wait a little bit to check another customer they took before me. Dennis apologized. Really no inconvenience for me. I was not going anywhere any way. Oh yeah, the coffee pot was broken by the way. So all in all it worked out OK. I didn't want a car wash but Dennis did a vacuum job on it which was appreciated.
