It was the easiest car buy I have ever done.

How many times do you expect me to do this survey. I did it once and this is very annoying. I had a great experience but hate these surveys.

Timely service for oil change and tire rotation.

The service shop was extremely backed up with a longer than usual wait time and Coggin provided a Lyft ride to and from my home which was very nice. I had received a discount coupon by email which was applied to billing, but inquired because a family member was given a $60 coupon by a service rep earlier in the week for an oil change on her car. I bought my car at Coggin (which she didn’t), have only had it serviced there, and had several warranty issues when purchased that were very disruptive, but have never received any type of discount or promotion or any work I have had done by the service department. Maybe take care of your loyal( purchased at dealer) customers once in a while too. Chris was polite and accommodating and now my car is good to go till next service.

Great experience! I live in vero beach within one mile of another Honda dealership but chose to drive to Coggin an extra 15 mile drive because of the great reviews. My experience was excellent I will return for all of my future vehicle service needs to this dealership. Andrew helped me out with everything and has excellent customer service.

I arrived at my appointment time and was checked in almost immediately. Everything was explained and my wait time was not too long.
