It was wonderful

we recently moved to Florida and this was my first time at your dealership. Chris Russo did an excellent job finding and reviewing my sevice history from the dealerhsip I purchased my car and had it seviced in Georgia. Once we decided on a course of action, the service was completed as planned and I was very satisfied with the service experince. My only suggestion, is to create a space where people in business, can work, plug-in a laptop or a tablet, charge their phones, etc,. Chris showed me one small spot that I could plug-in, but it was occupied so I had to wait to use it until the people already using it rotated out which took about an hour.

We were just in there for a hiccup on our 2019 ridgeline, and somehow Roy persuaded my husband to go out and look at new trucks and the next thing I know we’re buying one. 🤣🤣 we have a 2020 ridgeline at home back in Illinois. It’s a good little truck.

Everything went well. My service advisor reduced my cost by using a coupon. Thank you Jim.
