Eric was friendly and he took the time to listen. My car only has 6000 miles on it, it's virtually new. But I'm leaving in five days for vacation, driving to Tennessee, with several stops along the way. Even though I wasn't quite due for an oil change and tire rotation, they would have needed done before I returned, so Eric suggested that they be done early.
