As usual, the experience was great from check in to pick up. Services completed timely and the car was even washed.

I was fortunate to have Dan Sacchetti as my service advisor. He explained what need to be performed on my crv. The photo of the car was a great help.The only problem is the customer sitting chairs are uncomfortable for prolong sitting. It has no head rest, so your body posture is not in a comfortable position.

The salesman Jeff Hunter was friendly and he was a good sport, laughing at my husband's jokes. The closing process was fine although I felt a little rushed. However, my questions were answered and corrections were made when I brought them up. Overall, the experience was better than I anticipated it would be. There is just one small thing and this is just strictly a FYI. The glue from one of the stickers on the vehicle was left on the windshield. We did not see it until we were driving home. Again, just a FYI.
