Sham went above and beyond to answer my questions quickly and provide me with all the information I requested. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole buying and trade-in process, and made everything quick and painless. I did NOT get a snake oil salesman feeling during the process, but rather I felt like a member of the Honda family.

Friendly service Manager, Competent Mechanic, Beautiful Showroom, Tire Pressure indicator is still malfunctioning.

We brought our vehicle for repair of recalls and for regular maintenance. Robert Wacker was the appointed advisor. It wad informed that it could take about 2 hours to complete the job that afternoon when we arrived at 4:00pm. Robert arranged with the technicians a better schedule and it was finished in less than 2 hours to our complete satisfaction.

They did the oil change that they were supposed to do but they were also supposed to take out some scratches and minor debts that were on the body of the car they didn't do that

I felt confident I was getting the best service for my car.
