Tuesday 8/22: My initial experience with the first service representative sitting on the left as you enter the service center door, was unpleasant and frustrating. He was not very helpful and lied to me about the availability of a rental car. I ws told in no uncertain terms that no cars were available. However I called Enterprise 1 few blocks away and got a booking.Despite his unpleasant attitude everything turned around when I went to the service front desk and spoke to Jasette. I explained my situation and my urgent need to get to Orlando to teach my class at UCF that evening. She immediately jumped into action to help me. She got Jimmy to take my car and between Jasette and Jimmy this experience turned into a "wow" experience. They were professional, empathetic, courteous and caring about my predicament and needs. Jasette offered me a taxi to get to Enterprise to pick up my rental car. Before I got to Orlando, Jimmy had the problem diagnosed and fixed. Jimmy stayed in communication with me throughout the afternoon.I know, 1 bad apple does not spoil the bunch and Jasette and Jimmy were both a God send to me that day.
