All in all, it went well.

Brandi took down what I needed (oil change, tire rotation, potential fluid ?? leak, safety inspection and replace the recalled fuel pump) to be done with my CRV and proceeded to communicate with others to get the works done to prepare my car for a cross-country trip into an cold climate area. Brandi's performance was outstanding! Friendly, patient, understanding and delivered on what she promised she and the team could do. You should have more service reps like Brandi.

The staff was very considerate and respectful. The work was completed quickly and my representative worked her position professionally. I had a wonderful experience each time I had to bring my car for maintenance. I am completely satisfied with this dealership.

Understaffed at that time. Had to wait 2-3 hours maybe longer to finish the transaction.
