Everyone was really great. We spoke with Mike Lopez, Natalie P, sales manager Mark and finance guy Ja’Hennessey. Even though this was a sales transaction, at no time did it feel transactional. The focus Coggin Honda puts into exceeding customer expectation is obvious from the moment we walked in to the very end of the sale process. I have been to several different car dealerships in the atea and they do not even come close to the top notch service we received at Coggin. Please be sure to thank these employees and their management. It is apparent the leadership at this location values their employees wellbeing. They seem to understand, if they take care of their employees, the employees will take care of the customer. I only hope Honda Corporate does the same.Thank you again! Happy holidays.

Brandi took down what I needed (oil change, tire rotation, potential fluid ?? leak, safety inspection and replace the recalled fuel pump) to be done with my CRV and proceeded to communicate with others to get the works done to prepare my car for a cross-country trip into an cold climate area. Brandi's performance was outstanding! Friendly, patient, understanding and delivered on what she promised she and the team could do. You should have more service reps like Brandi.
