Service on time and transport provided

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, however one of the issues with my car did not get resolved. I was told that it’s normal for the cvt transmission to lag a bit and make the car jerk when accelerating from a low speed. I bought the car brand new and it didn’t start doing this until I put about 10,000 miles on it.

Jimmy Sanchez was top notch with his service to us. Kept us abreast of what was going on with the car. And when we ran into some further complications, he jumped right in and handled it quickly and efficiently.
