Jeff Einfalt approached us in the lot and I told him I was only looking and hadn't decided what I wanted for a new car. I was actually looking for a Toyota. He spent a lot of time with me, answered many questions my friend asked and was very patient. I ended up walking out with a 2024 CRV. I would recommend Jeff to everybody. Made an appt with Dan Sachetti. He is always reliable and accommodating. Car needed regular maintenance and to address a recall issue. The very competent Alex the technician took care of all as usual. Complimentary coffee and snacks were appreciated. Plenty of areas to sit comfortably and wait. Drove my car home without any issues.
