Great customer service

My experience with my sales man Jeff'E was awesome . He was very patient and extremely informative. Jeff'E thank ypu so much for your hard work, i really appreciated the effort you put in , into helping me find my new car . Thank you for being so kind and even answering my questions and concerns on days you were off . In other words regarding the detailing team , It's the second time I'm buying a car from Coggin. I'm very upset , after purchasing car how dirty the inside of the car was after being told the detailing team detailed the car . Also same day I purchase the car ; at night I went to repark the car in a different spot in my drive way to find roaches all in the car. If the car was detailed and looked at throughly that would of been known . Considering how much money I put down into that car I expected so much better than that from coggin. I had to buy traps for the roaches hoping that will get rid of them .

Not pleased after service. They changed ac controls, they did not reset oil percentage feature.they rotated tires but did not check air pressure! I should not have to reset oil percentage and pump up my tires after service!

Even though your online reservation system did not work and I arrived thinking I had a reservation but did not you worked me in and did my service quickly. I’m very glad you did or it would have been the third fail and three strikes you would have been out. Thank you

Great customer service.

I artived at my appt, they wanted someone else to check me in indtea of Chris who I made my appt with. The appt. was for new tires and oil change, that took four hour. No refreshment such as water was offer and the hot beverage machine did not work properly. I left eith new tires and before I reach home the tire light came on. I will have to find time to bring the car back to have it checked. They ssid the car was washed the car was still dirty.

We got to Coggin Ft Pierce to look at a couple vehicles on the lot, and soon was greeted by EJ. We told EJ what we were looking for, and the features we expected in the vehicle. EJ was quick to find a couple vehicles with included features to test drive. After our test drives, EJ gave us time to talk over our test drives and discuss how serious we were at moving forward to buy. It was a pleasure to have EJ as a salesman and George, EJ’s manager help make buying a new Passport a seem less experience. If you are looking to buy or lease, I would definitely recommend Coggin Honda of Ft Pierce and EJ for your next vehicle!
