Natalie knew all about the features of the Pilot. She sent a video of the car after we spoke on the phone. Was great that the sales manager sent complete pricing including all discounts and taxes and fees to me by email within an hour after I first inquired online and asked Natalie for pricing. My best car buying experience- online plus in person test drive.
