I don’t like the process of dropping off the car for service. It feels strange when you walk in. Like everybody assumes you’d know what you’re doing, but I always feel strange.When I had a Toyota and would go there, someone always came up to you in your car when you pull up and to help you. That was nice. They tell you where to go or what to do. I prefer that.

I had a problem with service but as soon as management found out they immediately corrected the problem.
