Came in to trade in my lease after receiving an email about the dealership wanting my vehicle

I always love coming and I’ve never had a problem. I was a little confused this time however which is why I have not all five stars.I have the service plan and I came to get my oil changed. My contact said they’d rotate tires.I let him know that just two days before I had to get a new tire on front passenger and it didn’t match the other three by brand.He said they’d move the new one to the rear of the car three different times to reduce pull, including when he said it had been done when the service was complete.I happened to notice later that the new tire was still in the same spot. Passenger front.So I’m not sure if the techs decided to not rotate the new tire or perhaps the tires were not actually rotated at all.
