I usually choose Andrew as my service consultant. However, he was unavailable. I was pleased with Chris. My appointment was at 3, & I lost track of time. I arrived back at 5:02, & he did not hurry me or seem bothered. He was efficient, kind, & respectful. He is an asset to your team. I will ask for him again, & pay better attention to the time. :)
