Jeff, sales manager, and Jordan, the finance manager we’re both excellent, polite and efficient. I ordered a car through David over the phone and e-mail. Everything went as it should. Coggin Honda service dept. is consistently above reproach when it comes to any service or repairs needed on my car. Service reps take time to explain what repairs are being done as well as recommended services. I never feel pressured into getting the services. The Mechanics have actually come out for a test ride to see for themselves the concerns I might have had with my Vehicle and I felt reassured that he understood the problem and that it would be taken care of promptly.
