I will start by saying I have a hard time trusting mechanics and service centers at dealerships. From the first phone call with Jimmy at Coggin Honda I felt comfortable and like I wasn't being taken advantage of. Jimmy explained everything to me in a way I could understand and did not make me feel pressured or rushed to service every part of my minivan at once. The service was also completed quickly. I am relieved to have found a reliable place to service my Honda! Oh, and the Lyft service they provide is so convenient!

My mechanic really took care of my car while it was in his care. The wait was short for the part necessary for my window and they made sure I got in right away.

Apparently the work that was done was appreciated. Your notification system (texting the proposed work asking for approval) is lacking as it was 30 minutes between the time I gave approval before my text was acknowledged. However, the service representative made an adjustment to the cost for the job which I was grateful. Coggins's website for making appointments is frustrating, non-responsive and difficult to navagate.

Coggin Honda service was fabulous from step 1 of making appointment online, to the service advisor , the awesome Jimmy Sanchez , to the completion of service work on time. With a busy work schedule , the most valued part of my Coggin experience was the complimentary car service offered to get me back and forth to office and Coggin. Thanks so much and will be back !
