Greeted as I pulled into the express repair lane and told Bob would be the person taking care of me. He let me know what was going on & how long it would be and everything was done in the time frame he gave me. It was a pleasure to have Bob in charge of servicing my car. I did not buy a car so cannot answer questions 3 or 4 !!!!
