Had an extensive repair and Chris at Coggin Honda was so thorough and accommodating! He made sure I was not inconvenienced in any way, securing a rental car to make sure my car was completely ready for me to take from the dealership. I have owned 5 Hondas in my lifetime and besides the superior vehicle they produce, the service is second to none!!

Decent experience. I like working with Roy and George. Leverne also did a nice job. I would recommend that there be some level of "Platinum Customer" if you will. I've been coming to Coggin for years. I maintenance my previous vehicle there, which I did not trade in. It is nearly May, and several Honda dealerships do not even have the front windshield sun-shades in for the '23 Accords. Also, the dance of having to pay prior to having accessories ready to go is a bit frustrating. There should be an approval process or the dealer should make the consideration on a case by case basis. I have to make another trip to the dealership on a Saturday to have the car completed as I wanted it initially. I understand somewhat the dealership point of view, you dont want to unnecessarily order something and be stuck with the inventory. I though I originally wanted black wheels but decided against it, so I wasn't perfect in the process. But perhaps an "add-ons" review with the sales team could be a process implemented. I understand these accessories take time to install. The time commitment is alot for someone who is dialing in a top of the line Accord Touring. The sunshade thing should be taken care of in advance though. There should be 4 or 5 of those in stock in parts or they should be included in the purchase since it is South Florida. Especially in my scenario as I ordered about 10 weeks ago. Sales team is good people. I think Dan Sachetti is probably the best service representative I have dealt with at any dealership ever. I hope Coggin values their team and values input for improvement in some areas. Mike did a nice job in financing as well. We did not finance through Honda or Coggin, but nonetheless, Mike was professional and even found some savings for us during the process. I'm not providing a picture below, but once my car is complete with accessories installed and all wiped down including drip on the tires feel free to snap away and I'll be glad to take a photo next to it with George, Roy, Leverne, Dan, Mike, and EJ.

I had a firm cash deal agreed upon and showed up with a check for the $50,000 purchase, yet it took 2 hours and 45 minutes to get out the door including the predictable pitch on the EW...which I said prior was not of interest.

I was in your dealership Tuesday, 4/18/23 and worked with Chris in the service dept. Unfortunately, my 2018 CRV had a defective power steering rack and needed to be replaced at nearly $3,000. Chris reached out to Honda corporate to request a goodwill replacement since my vehicle had only 41K miles. Honda came through and paid 90% of the cost which I was very thankful for (yes, I would have liked 100% but never look a gift horse in the mouth, right?). Just wanted to say thank you to the Coggins' team for escalating this issue to Honda and repairing my car. At a time when I really needed a break after paying the IRS, I was grateful for the financial assistance. Additionally, since that is our sole means of transportation, Chris was able to get us home and back using Lyft....a very nice touch! So an ugly issue turned out to hurt less painfully than it could have. Thanks again for Chris' assistance, to the technician who identified the problem and to Chris' manager who escalated it to Honda.

the sales person at Coggins Honda Ft Pierce was very pleasant and eager to help us through the process of purchasing our vehicle. he seemed knowledgable about the process and was professional in dealing with us. As the day wore on I found I was not getting what I was told would be offered. A thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed automobile along with a detailed review of all the vehicles components and nuances. My wife and I spent a few hours today cleaning the vehicle and taking it through the car wash. As for the nuances of learning where all the controls are and how to set them up (power seats/mirrors. cell phones/navigation. AC& Heat) I am learning them as I go. I have to say I was not looking forward to closing the deal and having to spend time with the finance person as it has been an unpleasant task in past car buying experiences. This one was no different. The pressure to purchase extended warranties and gap insurance was pretty extensive. I must have declined suggestions to purchase plans five or six times to no avail. The finance person appeared to not hear a word i was saying as he continued to WORK the numbers in an effort to find a plan that would work for me. I admit I eventually succumbed to purchasing a plan after a very lengthy stay in his office. In fairness to him he did come up with a really good finance rate to get the cost of a warranty down to something I could live with. But the truth is I was really satisfied with the certified used warranty that came with the car. The remainder of the 100,000 mile powertrain warranty and 12 months, 12,000 miles bumper to bumper on the certified used purchase. I ended up purchasing additional bumper to bumper protection to take it up to 100,000 miles. In essence I ended up paying $2000 for an additional 36,000 miles of bumper to bumper coverage. I just wanted to end the deal and get out of there. We'd been at the dealership for five hours at that point. The one thing that did bother me the most about my experience was not having a certificate for an additional $500 dollars off the price of the vehicle I purchased. I completed the information online and was sent an email with the $500 off certificate from the dealership but when I presented it I was told they had already discounted the vehicle when I was given the "ONLINE PRICE". I guess I thought the $500 dollar off certificate was in addition to the price advertised on the vehicle when I saw it online. I paid the price that was advertised. I did not get or expect a discount from the price advertised, but I did expect the certificate that was emailed to me to be honored. In closing let me say I am happy with my purchase. A good vehicle at a decent price. A good used car warranty that I feel will serve me well down the road if needed. A fair price on my trade in. The experience could have been better but it is what it is. I have had much worse over the years.
