I went in for an oil change and wanted the steering checked. The service writer Chris did a great job identifying the issue I was having and took care of it. I appreciate that he took care of the issue immediately while I was there and not make me come back.

I came to Coggin Honda after a horrible experience at Bev Smith Toyota. Not only did I walk out with a vehicle, but I'm paying less monthly than anything I was shown at Toyota. Roy was an awesome salesman- he was very straightforward and listened to what I wanted. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase a car I didn't want. He really wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my choice.
