I had an appointment with Chris Russo for my Honda Maintenance check. He was very courteous and professional and described to me what needed attention and the cost. He also told me how long it would take, and the timing was precise.

I knew we needed a new battery. My husband didn’t think so. You were able to navigate between us and we got a new battery but you tested our old one which really did not pass your tests. You did this even as we had ordered a new battery so my husband really understood that we did need a new battery
