He immediately greeted me upon my arrival, then moved my car back to the service bays within minutes and before I knew it, he was wrapping up the service visit with an explanation of the work performed and the overall condition of my car and what may be needed on my next service appointment. Kudos to Andrew for such consistent superior customer service!
