When entering the dealership I told the young man who greeted me that I was 73 and if he started pressuring me I would leave. I wanted to discuss options and he and the new sales manager sat with me and I never felt pressure and found just what I wanted. I have been a funeral director for 58 years and it never fails if you build trust and take care of the customer the dollars will take care of themselves.
