Did not appreciate the drop of over $3k in trade value as we waited for new HRV to be produced (approx 6 weeks). Was told they re-evaluated the car as it was over 7 days since the trade amount was given. Was so angry that we said to cancel our order. Bait and switch. Then I woke Friday with the wonderful idea of making contact with Carvana. So I must thank you now for the reduction in trade. Carvana gave us $5k more! Things happen for a reason so it all worked out. We bought the 2023 HRV Sport from you and we got a lot more for our 2020 RDX. Shamuel Hawkins did a very nice job for us. Now that I’ve calmed down, I would send folks to Sham.
