Very happy. Got up to a dead battery in my CR-V, called service dept., was told to bring car in if I could and they would take care of it. Andrew went right to work to check the car out, very understanding and helpful. Battery was only 2 1/2 years old, some defect I suppose. Was replaced at no charge, and also did oil change that was scheduled for 8/18. So very thankful I didn't have to come back for that. Andrew made the experience so easy.
