Scheduled a 15,000 mile check- up on my 2021 Ridgeline and the process from making the appointment , arriving to check in , the accommodations while waiting to the explanation as to what was done and what my next appointment would involve was top notch

Todd Potts was great and I appreciate the dealership not trying to rip people off with “market pricing”. That is 90% of the reason I went with Coggin.

I usually am 1 to put a 5 star. This last time getting an oil change at Coggin Honda Ft. Peirce was going good until the end. They said that they mixed up tags and it said my car needed something with the transmission I believe. When I spoke to the Gentelman who helped me out ,( sorry not good with names)... He said your car is perfect. Your transmission is perfect, something was mixed up with the cars and tags. I'm not 100% sure then or now what happened exactly. I am recieving ALOT of Emails about needing service , deals, etc. My car is new I understand mistakes happen but I'm not sure y this wasn't fixed on your end. I would like to stop receiving so many emails thank you, Jacob Oxhandler
