She barely answers the phone before losing you on indefinite hold.Jeffrey surely made up for this as all your employees in house! Please talk with her.Jeffrey was attentive, courteous and very thorough! He also gets extra brownie points for his gentle nature, smiles and compliments. He informed me of my cars service and suggested ways to save time next visit. Truly a natural professional as are all of your service persons.I do have to say that callers first impression on the phone by your receptionists is the worst! Matches nothing of the true experience and treatment one receives in person.First impressions are the invitation and if that's out of place, you can lose a client. This is not my first complaint about the gals at your reception area. I've experienced terrible service from two different gals. Heads up!
