The visit was great. I did not have an appointment however I was welcomed in, and my car was completed within an hour and a half. The service representative who assisted me was great, very professional and kept me posted all along the way.

The experience was great at first but issues have arose after the purchase and my bank has called the finance manager and I have called as well and emailed the finance person I dealt with and left several messages and I have received any response from anyone regarding these issues.

My experience was excellent as usual. I always take my pilot to Coggin Honda Ft. Pierce with service adviser Dan which is the best. If I can't get an appointment with Dan. I will change my schedule to make sure Dan is my service advisor. The treatment I get from Dan makes me feel like family. He always advises me on all the service that I need and where I can need them at the time I'm there or I can wait for some. Dan always tries to give me the best price available. If Dan would leave Coggin Honda I would follow him at which ever other Honda dealer he would go to.

Dan was helpful, as usual and got me a new battery quickly even though I arrived without an appointment.

Work was done promptly and I was given a ride home while my car was being worked on.
