Levern was outstanding on the delivery of the HRV. He was professional in explaining everything and went over things thoroughly.

Todd was great to work with!!!! He was very helpful during the purchasing process. I find no fault with Todd's part in the purchase process. However, the pre-delivery department needs to pay more attention. There was a dent in the decklid and the auto start was not working. I had to come back the next day for the service department to correct a loose fuse, then I had to drive 20 minutes to the paintless dent removal facility to have the dent removed.
