I really appreciate how well my service appointment went. My service coordinator kept me well informed and my wait time was shorter than I expected. I'll return when my next service is due.

Very pleasant

I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change with Dan. As always, he was pleasant and took care of my requests. As I was leaving, I discovered that my key fob would not allow me to unlock the door. I went back in and Dan willingly assisted me. It took several attempts to remedy the problem, but Dan was persistent. I am most appreciative of his personal approach to taking care of the issue.
