I received excellent care for my scheduled maintenance. Very quick and easy, and a friend atmosphere.

Car battery died, car towed in. It was 5pm. They took my car and completed the work in about an hour!! Awesome! My only complaint is that each time I ask them to check my passenger rear tire I'm told it part of routine check. NOT. Each time I drive away thinking all is well, the tire still registers at least 4psi lower than the others. Happen on more than one occasion. The tire loses air and they never check it.

Made an appointment for routine servicing. Bob Wacker met me at the appointed time, described the procedure, gave me a time frame and the car was ready when promised.

Joshua made the process very easy. Stayed in touch with me from the time the Accord was ordered until it was received.
