The service rep who was my first person I spoke was professional, informative and helpful through out my visit. He kept me informed as to the status of my car. My visit was a pleasant one.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Sal looked after us and kept us informed on what was happening. We also enjoyed the coffee and snacks as we waited for the tire to be repaired. Thanks so much for the service ... this is a great dealership!!

Always great service! I used to be a Toyota owner and I always dreaded service time because I knew it would always be at least 1 hour and a half wait at best. Coggin Honda is much quicker and always gives you updates while you wait. They also never sell me service my truck doesn't need. This place always treats me like they want my business for life.

Everyone was friendly and the waiting area is excellent and my car was done in about an hour.
