My service advisor, Mr. Dan Sachetti, was as usual was very helpful and empathetic. I had some, to me, costly and unexpected repairs to be done. He helped with getting the Lyft rides for me to and from the dealership; I had to come in the next day because I noticed a leak. The tech who worked on the car took it in promptly and wiped off some excess oil that was left on the underside from changing the oil and checked for any other leaks. No leaks since.

I came in for scheduled service and was very satisfied . The advisor went over everything that was of concernand the work that I agreed to was completed.

Salesman, Shamuel Hawkins was great.

Our service adviser, Dennis, was courteous and professional. The actual time to complete the service was shorter than estimated.

When I brought the car in for service, my rep, Bob, said the service would take longer due to a recall notice. He immediately set up a ride to bring me home and said when the car was ready he would call me and set up a return trip.

My experience was great; Grant Marsh was excellent, as was everyone else.
