The process was very easy. There were no glitches in turning in our van for trade and acquiring our new van in a timely manner. There were no hidden charges and all the personnel we met were very professional. Any questions we had were answered and Laverne was extremely helpful in taking his time showing us all the features of our new van. We never felt rushed until all our questions were answered.
