Beyond any survey which tend to get buried and obfuscated I would like to offer a personal note. Typically when someone knows they need to have their car serviced, it’s a dreaded thought. My experiences with Coggin Honda of Fort Pierce in particular are quite the opposite. Your service team as a whole are exemplary in all aspects of their duties and treatment of customers. The attitude of all personnel, not just service personnel, at Coggin Honda of Fort Pierce appears to be one of enjoyment to be working there, respect for co-workers and respect and a high consideration for the clientele. Both Bren and Shamuel (the representatives that assisted me in my purchase) were very helpful, easy to work with, and accommodating. They kept it 💯 and I personally appreciate that. The purchase was performed with ease. There was no hassle, no coercing you to purchase items you don't and/or didn't want, and best of all (to me)there were no hidden additional fees and surprise charges like you'll get from most "other" dealerships. This was the "BEST" purchasing experience I've had yet. They defended the integrity of the purchasing process and held to the basic (and essential) principles of the buy/sell process. I'm greatful that I found this dealership and would recommend them to any and all that would hear me and/or is reading this review. They are a shining example of what the standard should be.
