Very satisfactory

Went in for an oil change and asked my manager to check for other items that should be taken care of. He promptly responded and identified 2 other items that should be completed. Although I didn't have an appointment for these 2 items, arrangements were made and these 2 items were quickly completed without having to schedule another appointment.

I recently had a rat decide to make a nest and then die in my CR-V. You can well imagine the stench. The service crew got me in first thing in the morning, with no appointment. They did all that was in their power to find the deceased, clean up, and make my car SO much better. Those efforts were appreciated more than you can imagine. Thank you!

This was our son's first experience buying a car and Linda and Todd totally rocked it!!!!
