Overall, Coggin Honda provided the most painless car-buying experience. I had been in the car market for over a month, and after dealing with a bunch of local shady Honda dealers, I decided to inquire about my car by emailing several Honda dealers within a certain mile radius. Needless to say, I was very specific with what I was looking for, and I was given my quote for exactly just what I wanted no surprise fees, etc… I even asked around to Honda dealers closer to me to see if they could match or compete with the offer Coggin Honda gave me, and their response was “wow, to be honest, that’s a really great deal I can’t compete with that right now”. Another Honda dealer assured me that I wouldn’t get the deal I was looking for anywhere else. Suffice it to say David and Shamuel worked with me throughout my whole process and completely made me feel like a valued customer, even though my whole car was purchased entirely online, and I only showed up at the dealership to pick up the car. They understood that it was over an hour commute for me and wanted to make it as easy as possible for me to purchase my vehicle. Throughout the delivery process of my vehicle, Shamuel kept me up to date with all of the shipping dates. When I arrived Shamuel had everything ready for me and got me in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours. Jay from financing was great! He talked me through the whole financing process and really took the time to thoroughly explain to me the various warranty policies Honda has to offer.In short, my whole experience with Coggin Honda left me feeling like I was getting everything I asked for as a customer and then some. All staff that I mentioned in this email were genuine and displayed excellent customer service. I really felt like a valued customer and like they genuinely cared to get me the best deal for my brand-new Honda. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy a car.
