I found the service friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean and there was coffee available while waiting. The work was done in a reasonable time and the vehicle was washed before being picked up.

I had an unexpected tire issue on a very busy service day. The sevice dept fit me in.

Hunter worked me in and got me done in good time and at a good price.

My air conditioner was not working properly and it was determined that my condenser was leaking freon. I was very happy that Andrew reached out to Honda and requested that they help cover the cost even thou my car was out of warrantee. I am very happy to report that almost the entire cost was covered. Any other dealership could have said sorry it's out of warrantee but Andrew went that extra step to do all he could for me. I would also like to say that while my car was repaired Honda had a driver bring me home and bring me back when my car was ready. I did not know this was part of their service it will be a great help if I need service in the future. Thank you Andrew and Honda for taking such good care of me.

While in for just and oil change tehy looked over other part and commented on where service could or should be made. But it wasn't a high pressure tactic to just extract money. We took advantage of some and will dosome more n the near future. Thank you
