I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Day-long expensive repairs were due on my older trusty Honda. Service Advisor, Bob, patiently explained the need/cost for each service. I was given a loaner rental car from Enterprise for the day, at Coggin’s expense, so I could go about the business of my day, uninterrupted. I received a text when my car was ready, very close to the time Bob said it probably would be ready that afternoon. I am pleased with my experience at Coggin.

Appointment went as scheduled and Bob was very communicative with us regarding an unexpected issue with our battery.

Andrew is great at what he does. He told us we needed some major work done which caught ys by surprise. He explained why and our options. We went ahead and did the work. We only see Andrew.
