Great experience with the sales team, they were straight and honest, was able to get the correct price on the phone and completed the entire process remotely, I went to Coggin Honda because they had the inventory and were the only one discounting the car

EXCEPT FOR HAVING TO WAIT 11/2 HOURS TO HAVE THE NAIL EXTRACTED FROM TIRE,EVERY THING WENT OK. THE PERSONNEL IS EFFCIENT AND KOWLEDGABLE.

I have been getting service from Coggin Honda since I bought my 2017 Honda Fit new from them in 2016. They have always been very professional, yet friendly; efficient - and a good value, as they send out timely coupons that remind me of what I need to have done. The work is done quickly & efficiently - the wait times are very reasonable. And they keep me informed as to the progress and what else might need to be done, but always in a way that let's me decide - no pressure, just a 'you should have this done, think on it, let us know if/when" attitude.
