This is my second survey about my last experience. I made an service appointment with Dan for an 11AM for four new tires and a safety check. At 10AM I tried to start my 2019 Honda CRV to drive to my appointment and the battery was dead? Everything was turned off after I parked it in my garage. I called AAA for a jump then I called to tell Dan I was going to be late. I was told I was being transferred to Dan but all I heard was click-click and the line went dead. I called again and the same thing happened? I used your online chat and it was useless in connecting me to your service department. The AAA showed up and jumped the battery and its diagnostic told him the battery was no good. I got to your service department at about 10:45 and told Dan what happened. He put me in line for my service. I was driving away at about 2:30PM! Dan and your service department did the best they could to complete my service but your communications systems are worthless! I have had similar problems with it in the past. You should be hiring a professional firm to fix it!!!!

Had two experiences with varmints chewing up wiring etc.under the hood. To the tune of $500.00 each time and requiring towing in for the repairs. Bought the Honda wiring and it was installed with no charge by Coggins where we bought the vehicle. This problem should be addressed by Honda and all other manufactures that use the present wiring.
